We ship by Australia Post and the actual delivery time will vary depending on your location.

Please note: metropolitan areas (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart) will be delivered 2 or more business days after dispatch.
Delivery to Perth takes around 4 or more business days after dispatch.
Delivery to rural and country locations can take 5 or more business days after dispatch and may be delivered to your nearest Parcel Point location if you live in a rural/regional location.
If you have any trouble receiving your delivery please contact us and we will assist you tracking the deliver.


 Tiger and Coco ship as per the Australia post fees. In most cases we charge a $20 flat rate Australia wide. As all orders are calculated on weight, for multiple items we may need to adjust the shipping rate. We will be in contact if this is necessary.


We are currently working on ways of sharing our products with our international friends. If you are somewhere other than Australia and would love to purchase something from Tiger & Coco please contact us via email at to discuss shipping options and availability. We are happy to provide you with an international shipping quote.




Dispatch of Tiger & Coco goods is within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. If your order is received after 10am AEST, the order will be processed the following day. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email to say your order has been shipped.

During the busy Christmas period orders may take an extra day or two to be dispatched on top of the 48 hour turnaround time. We would very much appreciate your patience in this busy time. We will be doing absolutely everything to get orders to our customers on time.



RETURNS & REFUNDS for change of mind

Tiger & Coco takes great pride in our reputation for quality. We will provide you with a refund for any reason if you notify us and dispatch your return within 7 days of delivery. Return requests after this period will not be accepted. Please read the below terms carefully as orders that are returned for refund that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.

*Sale products and products purchased with a discount code or coupon are final sale. Refunds and returns cannot be made on sale or discounted products.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned with the following criteria:

◦    the goods are in saleable condition (not used or have any signs of use)
◦    the goods are returned within 7 business days of receipt of delivery; and
◦    the original invoice/pick slip as proof of purchase is provided marked with 'return'
◦    the goods are in original gift boxes that are undamaged (not torn, ripped or broken in any way) and packaged appropriately in the same nature your order was sent to you
◦    returns or exchanges will be deemed void if the items arrive back to Tiger & Coco in an inappropriate fragile packaging and arrive broken. Please see 'Return Shipping' below
◦    Once your order arrives safely back to our warehouse and qualifies in line with the above terms, Tiger & Coco will refund the price of the product/s and will not refund original shipping charges if applicable, or any return shipping costs

RETURNS & REFUNDS for damaged/faulty product

On the very rare occasion that items arrive broken, we will promptly arrange either a refund or replacement if possible. If goods are damaged or faulty, we will provide you with an exchange/refund at our discretion for items only where:

◦    photographic evidence has been provided of the broken item in the box
◦    photographic evidence has been provided of the faulty or damaged product
◦    are faulty (unless caused by you)
◦    have been wrongly described
◦    are different to the goods that you ordered
◦    all returns must be returned to Tiger & Coco within 7 business days to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Return requests after this period will not be accepted. Please contact us with your issue prior to returning items to our warehouse
◦    Tiger & Coco will reimburse any reasonable shipping costs if the order is required to be sent back to our warehouse for an exchange as agreed by Tiger & Coco
◦    Tiger & Coco will refund original shipping costs if the faulty item is returned for a refund and the item is not being replaced



Return shipping must be prepaid and via a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping should also take out insurance to cover any breakages or damages to the product you are returning, as you will be held liable for this. Tiger & Coco will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty, but will not reimburse return shipping charges in any other situation.

***Please note: returns or exchanges will be deemed void if the items arrive back to Tiger & Coco in inappropriate fragile packaging and arrive broken. We will not be held liable for items that are sent back to us broken or damaged. Insurance with your postage provider needs to be taken to ensure you are covered for any damages or breakages. We will not exchange your returned order should anything arrive broken. You need to ensure you pack the item in the same way it has arrived to you and take out any insurance to cover this on returning the product, should the event of a breakage occur.
Any item returned to Tiger & Coco must be in original packaging (packaging must not be damaged, torn or ripped in any way).


We want to use the most secure payment gateway possible, so our checkout gateway is Paypal. You can either use your Paypal account, or type in Credit Card details. You will be redirected to the Paypal site to input either your Paypal account details or your credit card details. Please be aware that the Paypal Gateway opens a new page away from our site, this is still incredibly secure and will direct you back to our site after payment details are entered.
